I used to live literally next to a korean market and their kimchi was the best. Then I moved away and the nearest korean store is 30 minutes away and they don't have anything.

For months I had no or bad kimchi from whole foods. They only sell vegan kimchi. It's disgusting. You need that fish sauce or that fermented shrimp. YOU NEED IT

so I tried making my own. It was good but it takes so much time to make. At least a day in preparation and then waiting. 5-7 days for it to ferment

Then I saw that Costco has kimchi. A big tub for 7 bucks. I tried it and omg. Yes. Finally. It's good. And it's not vegan either!!
