It was mixed with last gen cards, I thought it was weird to see that.

They reprinted a lot of the old classic cards for Evolutions some years back

while it is unusual to get something like that, those packs are all made aftermarket. so, whoever made that one just didn't do as thorough a job picking through their bulk cards as usual. or they left some slightly better than bulk cards in so people will buy more chasing the old stuff.
