If so, did you find it was worth it?
I have a senior dog whos in and out of vet appointments frequently now. I looked into it, and its obviously not worth it for him at this point. But it looks appealing if I ever got another pet. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I did, not worth it for two indoor cats. Especially since Xander got himself in trouble at the vets all the time. Willow his sister is chill AF though.

would have to pay something of 400$ per month and it wouldn't cover 100% of the costs.
my dog has issues but nothing that happens to be too expensive to handle. much less than the price of insurance. thinking back now. i could've handled a 500$ vet bill if i had to. wasn't prepared back then she had an aural hematoma on her right ear. --- Explorers In The Further Regions Of Experience, demons to some, Angels To Others: Pinhead ... No. I don't have any pets. The first time I ever even heard of pet insurance was last year, when my friend got a baby rottweiler.
For her, it was absolutely worth it because her puppy keeps having expensive vet visits. First it was cherry eye removal surgery, then it was surgery for a turn acl, then an infection... Dogs are expensive as hell lol. --- Formerly ox0Shadow0xo | PSN - NoxObscuras i7-7700K | EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra | 32GB DDR4 | 4TB SSD ... Copied to Clipboard!

Had it for the past 3-4 years or so and it more than paid for itself this year. Both my cats needed a shit ton of teeth extracted. Would have easily been $2k+ but all I was out was the $500 deductible.

Also depending on where she got it and if they were registered it sounds like it may well be very inbred. Mutts are typically a lot more healthy than purebred dogs tbh. Especially puppy mill or random backyard breeder dogs. --- "A dope trailers no place for a kitty, Ricky. Thats why." https://files.catbox.moe/gqwlkg.jpeg ~ by JimCarrysToe. Be amaze. ... Eye removal surgery?Yeah, I've been learning about dogs through her lol. Her rott is a purebred. And cherry eye is a prolapsed gland in the eyelid that can lead to several issues with the dog's eyes (like impaired vision) if left untreated. ![]() Not her dog, but the best example I could find. --- Formerly ox0Shadow0xo | PSN - NoxObscuras i7-7700K | EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra | 32GB DDR4 | 4TB SSD ... Ouch. That sounds super painful poor dog. Awesome she's taking good care of it and not just giving up on it though. Thats the worst.
