2. Higher quality sleep on average
3. Much better for your skin

I can't smoke in the apartment and even if I could I wouldn't bc that shit sticks and also bc andrew hates it

I always feel like naked sleeping feels primal somehow. I imagine cavemen slept nude, just wrapped in an animal skin blanket

I always sleep nude. Since about 13-14. It's just the best.

So I tried it and I see the appeal, but I don't think it's for me. I just end up getting too warm because my body heat warms up the sheets so I end up having to shift away from the warm spot. Plus accidentally rolling over and getting an accidental boner was way too easy. Might try again after deeding to see if that helps because I did wake up twice.

I woke up once cuz I was thirsty but other than that I had a solid sleep. I did feel kinda warm at one point but that's normal cuz of my weighted blanket. I just poked my legs out the end of it and that fixed it. Will do so again tn, but I'm paranoid so I'm gonna wash my sheets twice a week now instead of once

I save money on not buying PJs also.
