Do you think that store should be sued for negligence and selling a live grenade?
Vote
The MK2 grenade was purchased at the Fancy Flea Antique Mall in Shallotte, North Carolina Neither the vendor or the buyer believed the grenade was functioning at the time of the sale... A statement from that store said there was only one other grenade sold the next day by the same vendor and that they are "very very sorry for this to have occurred" and that they felt that grenade was inert Upon further investigation, officials believe other grenades were purchased by the same vendor in June 2020 and are now warning that those items may contain live explosives and could be hazardous to the public. Yes, they should be sued. Regardless of whether or not they thought they grenade wasn't live it was, and they sold it to a twelve-year-old. They didn't do their due diligence and sold an extremely dangerous, illegal weapon to a child.
