make the gay couple wedding cake? Co-worker of mine said a law was passed that made that legal on the federal level. Is that true?

I can't find it anywhere on the internet. All I see is the supreme court ruled in favor of the bakery but said it ruled that is was bias against religious rights but never ruled on gay rights vs religious rights and the supreme court rejected hearing a similar case in 2019 saying a lower court would have to decide on it.
