If a president is re-elected, the inauguration happens again, but his "presidential number" is still the same.

Bush became the 43rd president in 2001, and was still the 43rd president when he was inaugurated again in 2005.
Obama became the 43rd president in 2009, and was still the 43rd president when he was inaugurated again in 2013.

It would be 90 if every president was re-elected and inaugurated twice. There have been a number of one-term presidents.

Not every president held two terms.

Also we've had a few presidents who weren't voted in because the president was unable to finish his term so Idk if those presidents were inaugurated either.

It's just part of the process. There is technically no real reason for Congress to meet on the 6th to count electoral college votes unless one or more states submit conflicting electors.
