Chicken 01/12/21 9:45:55 PM #4:	Mine is so bad that I suffer apneas at an average of 90 per hour. Thats over one a minute. I tried CPAP but couldnt sleep while using it. Im having better luck with a BIPAP, which is a fancier device but way more expensive. Dustin_The_Wind 01/12/21 9:52:19 PM #5:	Usually it's weight related. Do you drink soda? Give up on that, you'd be amazed by how much weight you would lose if you switched to almost anything else. I speak from some experience. Really though if it's weight related, use this as a wake up call like I did.
