According to the Newark AntiViolence Coalition, multiple witnesses claim that Dorsey was complying with the police at the time he was shot. Dorsey had his hands up and was backing away from the officer when he was shot, a press release from the Newark AntiViolence Coalition said in an email sent to NewsOne. guess the cop needed a vacation and didn't want to use his personal time. --- "I devour urine just like my Portland Trailblazers, with piss poor defense." ...
