Effect: When this card is summoned, but only normal summoned, you may target 2 level 6 or lower Fairy type monsters from your deck and special summon those monsters to the field, but those cards are banished when this card leaves the field. Once per turn, you may banish one "Fairy Gigglecarrier" from your graveyard to target 5 random cards from the graveyard and shuffle them into your deck.

While I'm not very meta coherent:

  1. What are you doing with a level 5 tuner that you may very well need to tribute for?
  2. Quickdraw at least had an internal special summon it could use.
  3. Does fairy even have the support currently for it to really benefit from a two monster search that eats a normal summon?
  4. That search triggering banish is just so easy to cause to trigger, especially given that an internal function of the card is to leave the field since it's a tuner.
  5. How the blood do you random your grave in a way that doesn't muck the graveyard? Cause I'm of the impression that that had to remain in a mostly static state.

What's the connection between the first effect and the second effect? They seem completely disjointed.

Also, the first effect is awkward. The monsters special summoned are banished only if THIS card leaves the field? Why not make it so they are banished when they leave the field regardless?

Also, there is no hard once per turn clause on this card. That is automatically bad card design in 2021.

Okay so with the effect doing a special summon I guess it can easily fuel general Xyz from rank 1 to 6. Not sure is fairies have the links for it to fuel good links but there still is the trouble of it not seeming like a good tuner for it being a tuner.
