I never know what exactly I might want when I go to the store, so I like to walk the aisles. I'm sure you can do that digitally but it isn't the same. And it's nice to get out of the house once and a while

you already do it's called time and no one survives that sorry, don't know how long you have left though so make the most of it

That doesn't really sound to blme like an existence that benefits anyone in the situation. Spending money isn't necessarily going to make your life better but hoarding it sure doesn't either.

I know you know this though, and probably have some kind of chronic depression issues that make this easier said than done, so I don't really know what else to tell you besides seek therapy.

I'm actually in a pretty good state right now chewy. 2020 was a pretty good year for me and I'm learning to cope with my weird life situation. I've definitely gone on a lot fewer anger filled rants, and spent a lot more time enjoying myself. I even took up watching anime again (which I had not done beyond 1-2 shows in a decade), and playing some games I had taken several years off of.

I could understand if your parents had severe health concerns or something, but it comes off all the time like you're the one dependent on them. It's one thing to live with your parents, but to never buy groceries or anything? Raises huge red flags dude. You've been gainfully employed for years, in a pretty demanding field relatively speaking, but haven't changed your life situation one bit. This is isn't something I would think of as a thing to "cope" with but rather to seek help about why I consider the situation normal. It's not normal.

If its not cold and/or snowing. I had pneumonia once, not fun at all.
