Mark_DeRosa 01/07/21 10:35:52 PM #1:	our house got an offer for 308k, asking for 315k. We took it. Bought it two years ago. I owed 278k on it. So decent profit on it. got approved for 490k. But we found one for exactly 400k. Two story remodeled home. Perfect for the zoo we keep. No carpet, solar, everything brand new or upgraded. back yard has a fenced in patio, huge area with grass, huge area with gravel, a fenced off garden.
