2Pacavelli 01/05/21 2:39:59 AM #1:	Whether its Communism, Socialism or Capitalism greed at the top will always sabotage it. In a communist society, the ideal is that everyone will have the opportunity to be equal based on the hard work they put in, but if the state that is in control of the system is greedy, then the end result is that everyone will end up equally poor, as the government takes ownership of everything within the country down to the land you live on. In Capitalism the idea is that everyone has a fair shot at making money by engaging in entrepreneurship. But if you have businesses that are "too big to fail" and they abuse that status by engaging in risky business that tanks the system, because they know that they will just be bailed out anyway, that sabotages the system itself. You basically have Socialism or Communism for the rich but capitalism for everyone else. So they'll allow you to fail if you default on your mortgage, and it might not even be your fault it might be due to increasing interest rates due to mismanagement at the top of the pyramid or a bad economy. And they'll let it happen and the bank will take back land and home ownership anyway. But if the bank itself fails due to its own bad behavior. The government will bail it out. We need a solution to the greed problem. Greed is in human nature and can't be "fixed".
