I am perpetually nearly a decade behind on this series, but finally got around to finishing Desmond's story. I heard the original was very bug ridden and this version was cleaned up a bit, but still had a ton of glitches happen. There are very few games set during the American Revolution so it was fun to play through that time period and the evil King Washington DLC was goofy and let you experiment with more mystical native american powers that wouldn't have fit in the main story.

The Platinum here is the same as all the other AC's up to this point. A 100% playthrough in terms of animus synchronization so doing all the optional missions in every story mission and doing all the side content. This version gets rid of the online multiplayer so those trophies are gone and instead they incorporated the trophies from the King Washington DLC into the platinum.

It wasn't super hard, but it did felt frustrating at times especially when the game was either glitching or just not responding the way I want it to.

Liberation HD is also on the same disk so I'll probably check out that soon too.

it seems more prevalent in the DLC than the main game, but I had a few hard crashes and missions just screwing up forcing me to reload

Yeesh I don't even remember hard crashes. But definitely bugged out guards making some sections impossible and things like that.

One day I will do a series marathon and replay this and I dread that day

Scrapping Brotherhood's multiplayer is one of the worst things about the Ezio remaster! That multiplayer was super fun.

Fixed. AC's multiplayer was unnecessary and I was so glad when Syndicate fixed that problem by taking it out

Yeah AC multiplayer sucked. I get that they wanted to try it for Brotherhood but it never should have returned after that.

Brotherhood's multiplayer was a blast, one of the most uniquely fun multiplayer experiences out there. Revelations tweaked the formula and wasn't as good but for a brief moment AC had a great multiplayer.

I really enjoyed AC:B multiplayer for what it was.
