No. They just like to be falsely outraged.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. Depends on the individual.

They've always been sensitive. Have you seen how they oppressed and silenced throughout the years?

But I guess some didn't pay attention to human history until they made fun of minorities on the Internet.

You couldn't get away with most of modern times in the old days. We've never been so free in that respect.

I side with progression, BUT we should really learn to take a joke as just that.

Yes, they are too sensitive to some things but those poll options are garbage.

I voted yes on the poll, although I don't really like the wording of the options. Anyway, people don't tolerate as much these days. I'd argue that's a good thing generally, but there are toxic elements like cancel culture too.

For the most part, yes. Weve taken many good steps to correct the errors of the past, but we have a lot of cases where people are vastly overcorrecting by trying to fix innocuous shit nobody cares about.

Its unfair to say everyone is, we just have more and more exposure to other peoples lives and their thoughts so it just appears like more

People are more polarized than sensitive - being sensitive is a factor of you

being polarized is almost like being made to feel jaded by circumstances and I think thats where people are

Minorities "Stop killing us."

White College kids "We tore down some statues and screamed at someone on Twitter for being white is that good enough?"

Note. Confederate statues can get fucked. Some of the actually old ones can go to museums. Most can get melted down as they were erected decades later to spite black people.

they always were. if you think people werent crybabies in the 90s and 00s and any era before think again. its only now that they have a platform to voice their shitty opinions that it seems like its exploded. if social media were around in the 50s and 60s youd have a million suburban housewives complaining about rock n roll and elvis being the devil lmao.

incessant complainers will always be a part of society. YOU just need to get better at ignoring them dont give these people any attention
It's so interesting that, for a situation where social media exists in the 50s, you chose suburban housewives complaining about elvis, instead of black people complaining about segregation (for instance). Seems like, just based on this alone, you might not be fully aware of the scope of inequality in America. Just sayin
