I've tried 3 times. I love Far Cry too, post-2 anyway. Love 3, 4, 5, and LOVE New Dawn

But Blood Dragon is just...lame to me. Everything looks so samey. I guess it's cool for people who are into neon vaporwave stuff but I need something, anything other than that. The weapons are kinda boring to use, the enemies are boring to fight. I got it for 4 dollars and it still feels like a cheap game, even for that price

It's basically Far Cry 3 reskinned to be like an EXTREME 80s Sci-Fi Action / Adventure. i thought it was a fun gimmick for the short ~6-8 hour duration of the game, but i also grew up in the 80s and remember a lot of that stuff.

That's the only Far Cry game I even bothered to play, and I kind of liked it. The gameplay wasn't the best, pretty much a standard Ubisoft game, but I really liked all the other elements of it.

I couldn't get into 2. The stealth they created for 3 has been some of the most fun, satisfying stealth in a game for me. Love speeding thru outposts like a slippery snake, never being seen
