It seems like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky is a prime example. It received dismal reviews and little advertising upon release, yet it's now highly sought-after and widely considered to be an essential for DS collectors.

well the biggest one is probably Final Fantasy 14. that game was a wreck when it launched originally. the game it is now is basically totally different. they took down the servers and redid everything.

Halo Reach. Everyone SHAT on that game when it came out now its regarded as one of the best Halos since 343 is cranking out what it cranks out lel.
