Did this racist white guy deserves this beat down?

It happened at a gas station that started with the white customer berating and swearing at a man then using the n word stating "F*** my momma? F*** your momma, n-word. And you know what's crazy? i'm a walk to you. Right to my house for you. On God. I'm not trying to disrespect you." The black man says "Then stop saying it" and the white man continues "I'm a say n-word all day, everyday. Are you kidding me? Where you from, n word?" He keeps his cool for a minute until he is pushed further and the white man says "What? You gonna smack me with that? Smack me, Smack me, n-word" as he goads him. Finally he snaps and SMASHES the canned iced tea in his face and he falls to the ground and then struggles to get up as he then tries to FIGHT him. The black customer wrestles him to the ground and punches him calling "call me another f****** n-word. I asked you not to call me n-word: The white man then cries forgiveness and gives up as the black man leaves... Elyria Police, James Welsh has seen the video and has an idea who the men are but no charges are filed The video made for some funny memes stating the white man deserved it..
