It depends. The numbers are still small enough that contact tracing is still effective which is why it is slowing down overall.

I'd rather they just lock down though to get it over with but it ain't up to me. NSW has a conservative Government that whines and moans about border closures and lockdowns so they don't want to do that unless they have no choice.
