Looking for a used laptop, but I don't know what to look for. I don't understand PC specs. Like RAM and stuff. I understand basic stuff like storage capacity and OS.
Anyways I'm looking for one in about the $200 range. Not for gaming or anything. But I would like to make youtube videos maybe. I'm not sure. Why shouldn't you buy used laptops? Also, what would be a decent budget for a laptop?
