I asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayo. They ended up holding the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc as well. Just bread and chicken is all the put in there. This was at whataburger

They don't get paid enough to care or pay attention

I'm lucky. I think I've only had to deal with anything remotely that bad maybe twice ever.

i mean, my substitutions are usually done correctly...you gotta understand that they're used to making these items one way, the same way, every time, hundreds of times a day...with substitutions thrown in, and they gotta be quick..they're bound to mess some up.

I stopped being picky, because every fast food place around here has about a %100 fuck up rate for orders. Then they get all pissy when you hold up the line to see exactly what they fucked up. I usually just call the hotline and get free food because the policy at most places is to give you what you want without question.

Thats why i go out to the burbs when im really feeling like something. They seem to have a better success rate.

Here in Louisiana it's a 75% fuckup rate with any modification.

Tbh California has a 10-15% fuckup rate. I rarely had this problem back there. Same with the north east.

One time a place gave me a burger without the patty, just two pieces of bread and condiments. I was like what the fuck. I went back and got a new burger but I didn't eat it. Not sure if I trust eating from a place like that.
