I got one of these tablets yedterday and purchased ff9 to play on it. Game is just stuck on a black screen when I open it. What do

Well I tried reinstalling, rebooting the tablet, I've manually given the app storage permission in the settings, and I've cleared the app cache. The reviews say it should work for a fire 10 and this is a brand new device

Maybe it's a fake, then... But I can't say for sure. I watch some people who play clone games from the app store. Some of them are ad machines, and some are just straight up broke. Maybe you accidentally got one of those...

I bought it from the amazon store and most of the reviews were fine

No one else on the planet seems to have this issue, or if they did, the storage permission thing fixed it for them

Have you asked Reddit? I remember I got a game once. The reviews were fine, and it seemed to work for others, but it kept crashed. I checked Reddit, and it did have issues. And other people were having problems. Turns out, they were/are still updating the game to get it fixed or something...
