in case any of you wanna keep track of this one too. still working on slimming down. I know I can go to planned parenthood at any time this point. the one near me does all sorts of gender identity consultation and does informed consent. reddit speaks highly of them

still dragging my feet in that respect. I admit I get anxious about it event hough I know I want hormones

for now I still got my cute clothes and corsets. my hair and skin are only getting better as I practice, and I can reliably get my eyes and lashes looking really nice and exotic

still doing squats and glute exercises every other day, as well as walking each day. can see and feel my butt popping at least so that feels nice

also extending another thanks for the shea moisture rec because after almost a month of this stuff i can literally feel the smoothness. i feel bad for my skin pre-2020

I've actually been wanting to enroll in a self defense class lately, what a coincidence. A krav maga place near me does free classes first tuesday of every month last i checked. Really wanna take advantage of this stuff after covid. Get my gym on, get my training on, get my socializing on (nite hawk)

i would look into the the ratings and the lineage of the Krav Maga place, a lot of them are just McDojos that dont teach you self defense but just teach you flashy things to take your money

I'm sorry dog. I figured if it works for me it might for you. I only did basic shit like get rid of body hair and straighten my hair. Wax my face. Sneaking women's clothes in. It made me feel a lot better

I've been taking hormones off-and-on for 4-5 years, and have basically been going out as a girl for the past 4 years, but I don't actually look like a girl. It's not that possible for everyone. I at least look like a cute guy, but I'd rather just look like a girl rather than a crossdresser. But like I said, it's not that possible for everyone.

I feel you. That's one of my biggest worries since I'm pretty good looking as a guy. I think I'd still rather present as a less-than-ideal woman than I would as a guy. IDK how to explain it beyond that. I think even if I took a hit to my attractiveness I wouldn't mind since I'd be comfortable with myself. Hard to explain

Anyway, before transitioning I was a fairly plain looking person. Neither attractive nor unattractive. Basically a mob-character. I feared hormones would make me ugly, but ultimately I decided I'd rather be a half-assed ugly women than what I had been, and my courage was rewarded with being surprisingly cute.

I started dieting again. One of my trans friends posted some...photos of herself on a discord we share. I am very jealous of her body, so it's time to start dieting properly. Currently on an average day I'm doing around 1700 calories, though the holidays are kind of throwing a wrench in that right now. Starting tomorrow I'll probably be back on track. Need to plan though.

I have tagging off for non friends because I get harassed by people any time there's a trans bigot filled topic. :l

I uh. I'm up about 10 lbs since October. It's mostly in my butt and thighs, but any more and I'd have to consider a new wardrobe even if it gets spread evenly everywhere. The rain and stuff at work killed how much exercise I was getting and I haven't been getting any in my spare time by going places with friends. But at least my friends have said my ass is fantastic. And my body is still really gorgeous and yummy. <3

But yeah. Just. Need to exercise more even if I don't get this weight off, I just need a little stamina back. Been too long and it sucks getting winded just getting up the big ass hill to my bus stop.

My knees hurt too much to do squats consistently fucked em up last year

Although Im now realizing that I was doing a good job keeping up with lunges to help my knees for a while and now Ive stopped and thats probably part of the issue

Sometimes I wish I ate more in winter like most people, could use that extra 15 instead of losing 15 and barely eating for a few months like a weirdo

I need them fat distribution genes daum. I lost my covid weight gain bump at least. I've kept up with daily walks and every other day I do various squats and glute exercises. It's kinda weird cuz I'm slowly slimming down but my butt is popping in my pants now I kinda wanna wear baggier clothes at work lmao
