No. I would probably buy them a thank you gift though. A really nice bottle of wine, a $100 gas card, something.

Assuming they were someone close Id definitely buy them something nice with it but I wouldnt be splitting it with them.

It would be nice but you're not obligated to give them back anything.

Seriously, lottery tickets are the dumbest gifts. There's a fair chance you're gifting them a worthless scrap of paper, and on the off chance you're not you're potentially giving them thousands or even millions of dollars when you're barely getting by yourself.
