Not for a long, long time.

Canadian news is predicting that the border wont even open till next December. I think concerts and nightclubs are eons away at this point.

Even when they do finally open it won't be the same. You will still have to wear masks in the crowd, the crowd size will be 25 to 50 percent to allow distancing, and there will be a big see through barrier between you and the band.

Some kept running shows.

Some places will probably start running them after enough people are vaccinated. Possibly requiring you to show a card to gain entry.
