To put it simply they are too loved by too many people.

We literally give them and their immediate family body guards for life.

What do you think body guards are going to serve prison time with Trump?

You realize to want Trump in prison is to want to see countless people murdered.

You don't think looney Trump supporters won't raid and massacre all the prison staff to set him free? Literally start a cival war after?

Anyways, you can't arrest a president in a prison, after they serve, no matter what they have done, if people still love them.

The most judges will do is slap him with a lot of debt and community service. They won't even give him jail time let alone prison.

There is no chance in hell that Trump even catches a whiff of a cell.

also, Trump won't live for 30 more years so we don't need to worry about keeping him locked up that long. the man is elderly and in very poor health. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make it another 10 years

My topic is "no matter what." Because I'm saying if you ignore the more obvious reason. Such as having a team of lawyers delay his trials and push them to higher courts for 10+ years until he's dead. He still wouldn't ever get sent to prison is my point.

Many people are jumping the gun here. Trump will not see a prison cell unless he is tried in court and sentenced to serving jail time by a judge. Trump may still even try to pardon himself which will gum up our inefficient as fuck government process.

People saying that people will die if he serves time are fearmongering. He abused the office and he could very well at least be fined, which is likely going to be what happens, if anything.
