Lets say we vaccinate the at risk segments of the population. At that point does it make sense for Covid parties for kids to become a thing? I think I recall the stats stating that the majority of people who die are over 80 years old. I saw 60 people under sadly died the age of 18 have died from Covid compared to 200,000 over the age of 50.

No. We have a vaccine. They don't even want you to do chicken pox parties anymore because there's a vaccine for that now.

COVID has a higher chance of causing long-term health issues in those who survive infection than chance of death. We shouldn't have to keep repeating this, but stop focusing so myopically on death rates. Everyone who can be vaccinated should be vaccinated. First time Ive seen this argument so I appreciate it. What is the % of people who catch long Covid? I agree nothing should happen until we have all the facts. ... Copied to Clipboard!
