Joe Biden's 33 y/o Niece, Caroline Biden has escaped a prison sentence and gets only 20 days and 6 months of "confinement" after she was arrested for a DUI and crashed into a TREE in Pennsylvania!!

A deal she cut with the DA means she will avoid jail but if she violates or break the law at any time, she will be on the hook for a more harsher sentence..

She was ordered to pay 1990 in fines and legal costs and participate in public or nonprofit community service for 12 hours

Her license was also suspended for a year and will complete a drug and alcohol program.

She's the daughter of Joe's brother, James and was arrested in Lower Merion Township in 2019 when she crashed drunk into a tree
