Mostly indoors only, but if I'm talking to people outside and thus in close proximity, I'll wear it, too.
Of course, if in the car w/ people other than family I live with, I wear it, too.
Plus now that it's cold, it just plain feels nice and keeps my nose warm.

When I'm running errands to multiple stores, sometimes I just leave it on in the car between stops.

Both it's required within 30 ft of people outdoors (to make sure people have enough time if there's cyclers/runners/fumbling) and at all times indoors public spaces (only essential places are open right now)

Only when I have to. So usually inside. But outside in certain cases. I usually keep them in my car, and dont wear them while driving. If I go to my BFs house, I bring it in with me in my bag in case we go somewhere that requires a mask (like a restaurant or something).
