Dailymail has received exclusive email messages and a LIST of PORN tapes that was apparently tossed out worth 25,000 as a 42 y/o SUCCESSFULLY sued his PARENTS who threw out his trash and video games when he was living there rent free after a divorce!!

David Werking sued Beth and Paul after they trshed his trove of porn and sex toys and video games in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Now they must pay him DAMAGES for it though the amount may not be 25,000 he was seeking

He kept a detailed record of how much money he spent on all of the porn, most from the 80s and 90s and is demanding the triple amount for punishment of "wanton destruction of property"

He listed 400 VHS tapes and 1600 DVDs along with his Playstation console games and PSVita

Judge Paul Maloney agreed agreed with Werking who said his parents had no right to throw it out after he returned home for 10 months in 2016 before moving to Muncie, Indiana

The parents said he could not bring porn into their christian home so they destroyed it along with his sex toys and his gaming consoles

In an email it showed where it all broke down as his son wrote an expletive rant against his father for destroying his property

They accused him of having CHILD PORN and said it was the "worst of the worst" but Police reviewed EVERY X-RATED MATERIAL and found NO EVIDENCE of any illegality in them

His father accused his son of distributing and faciliting porn back in high school and said they destroyed all the evidence and put a stop to it and then said when he got married to "mary" thought all of his problems are now hers

They then called him EVIL from his porn obsession and that he was ungrateful for living with them after the divorce and then lied about having porn brought into their home for 10 months

His father said "You are almost 40 years old. How has life worked out for you so far? Maybe now is a good time to change your goals and how you live. Don't worry, i'm not going to preach at you again, i think that you know enough that you can figure it out for yourself and you know where to find the answers"

His son then turned on his dad accusing him he also enjoys porn secretly and gave him WEBSITES to go to..

Judge Maloney said these emails are proof that they admitted to the destruction as now both parties have until february to file submissions for total damages but also trebel damages

your own post says the amount he sued for was triple what he thought the stuff was worth, so its more like 8,000 of porn (give or take based on how much PlayStation stuff he had)

I understand living with your parents at 42 is somewhat abnormal but I don't think they can treat him like a teenager because of that.
