That was the best monitoring tool I've seen so far, imo. It's gonna be really hard to get any company to use them again after this Russian hack.

Have you guys started assessing other options? I imagine we're going to give NinjaRMM another hard look - they've supposedly added a bunch of stuff that addresses the issues we had with them last time.

Fortunately, we didn't have Solarwinds Orion in our environment. We just had their FTP/FTFP/SCP server software on things so that we can transfer files. We've dumped that stuff, too, though, for other options.
