It's not so much hard as extremely deliberate, and the difficulty (for the most part) crumbles in the second half when you're so juiced up on souls that you can just tank a lot of what the game throws at you. Game kept my full attention for the entire time, which is more than I can say for a lot of 40-hour games. Yeah, Anor Londo was definitely the peak of the game for me.
