I'm fucking gone man. These guys are unbelievable. Rant time.

I'm not even talking about their customer service team, just the app experience.

I somehow got an outrageously large phone bill. So the email with my bill has no details, I have to login to look at it. But get this - the dedicated ProviderTM app is not where I log in. I have to log in to a separate portal complete disassociated with my phone or my app but somehow still tied to my bill and the only place I can look at my billing details (wtf?)

So I go to sign in. Naturally I don't remember the password. So I go to reset. Then it asked:

"What is the answer to your security question?"

It didn't ask me the question, mind you. It just asked me to give an answer to a question it didn't ask. Apparently, 3 years ago when I joined this provider, I told some guy on the phone a word and that is my security answer (I'm not even making this up). So no fucking way I remember that.

So I went through several links until I could get a normal password reset. Here are the conditions of the password:

between 8 and 10 characters (wtf??)
no characters
no numbers
must be upper and lowercase

WTF kind of password parameters are those? What in the fuck fuckity fuck

Look, I know you're gonna say I could have resolved all of this instantly if I had a password manager but this was setup before I got one of those, so there.
