I feel they do their games as a job for their bosses, if the Bosses are ok and just want them to finish the game so it ships
they are fine with that. I don't think devs go home worrying about all the stuff gamers worry about, oh the textures are low in this building, if the Boss is not saying anything they don't care.

Probably depends on a case by case basis in regards to the devs themselves.

Like with smaller studios, yeah they'll care more about feedback and general opinion, especially when one or two bad games can put them under (Like the guys who made No Man's Sky)

But bigger studios don't really give a shit since they know it'll sell (Think all those companies consumed by EA, notably Bioware who released two terrible games I think back to back and dropped support rather quickly)

Ignore when people say that the title length is not important, that a title should just convey what the game is about. They're just jealous theirs isn't as long

Publishers, probably not so much.
