School in general needs an overhaul if you ask me. The final year should never have to deal with basic stuff like Math, Science, History. It should be focused solely on life skills. So stuff like taxes, cleaning, cooking, business, etc. Stuff that will get you ready for living on your own, and give you the basics so you don't have to work minimum wage jobs when you leave high school. Let me put it even simpler. When someone leaves high school they should have enough training for basic secretary work.

And College should have options of morning, night, or late night classes. Some of us work better at 1 in the morning than 8 in the morning. I know I focus a hell of a lot better at 230 in the morning than 9 in the morning. And some classes have mandatory attendance, get rid of it. I shouldn't lose marks because I had to go to the doctors office, or my power went out for my online classes.

A major one that my college classmates have said was get rid of 3 hour classes. 2 hours should be the limit on class times, and limit the learning for at maximum 6 hours a day. If your learning online via video, don't allow interaction between the students and instructors during instruction. Take 1 class at the end of the week for questions. This way, the 2 or 3 classes can be used as review classes come exam day, without having to filter through random off conversations.

You can't expect kids to perform well in school when you except to be in class by 8am. Not everyone gets to ride a bus to school, drive, or live within walking distance. You have kids that wake up at around 4-6am to be able to make it to class on time. Energy drinks/coffee are a necessity if you want students to be attentive throughout the day.

Got up at six, had no caffeine throughout the day, ran six miles in the afternoon for cross-country, worked 30 hours weekly, and graduated salutatorian. Quit being so unhealthy.

I worked at a ski resort a few years ago and some stupid kid on the local team downed seven Red Bulls before he was supposed to compete. He had a heart attack and died.

too many :(. i could only go through 1 can of rockstar or another energy drink. that's pretty much it.

1 can of rockstar during the pandaria expansion kept me up the whole night through the next day.

I don't think I've ever drank more than 1 a day. I also only drank one on days that I knew were going to be hectic that day like a Monday where I had the most shit to do.

I had a few sips from 1 of the Monster Tea flavors & ended up having a heart attack.
