I help a family in Ukraine. I sent them some money for a cancer treatments/birthdays/whenever they need it.
The cancer treatment they get there is the basically the same as it is here. There cannot be that much of a difference between bleeding edge cures (exorbitant and where I imagine most of the money is spend in capitalist systems) and the cures found in socialistic countries; much less treating something like a broken bone.
