My job is doing a security check and per some people's advice on my resume I put some downtime as time I spent working for my own company. During that time I did release a mobile game (that made basically no money) and developed a couple websites (that made no money), so I never made enough to need to file taxes.

Now the job is looking for W2s and stuff for that time and I don't know what I should say, do I need to talk to an accountant and sort everything out? I'm not good at this kind of adulting stuff, so idk.
