I wouldn't hold hopes that those two big patches will improve gameplay aspects. The apology posted was solely about the subpar performance of the game on consoles and those two patches exist to remedy it.

Yes. This is more or less exactly what happened.

They are offering refunds, but I think they know many people won't bother and they'll lose fewer sales than they would have if they a) delayed the have lost Christmas or b) gave out review codes for consoles.

This whole thing seems cynically calculated to me.

Misreading the topic likely, thinking you can't change your hairstyle at all.

....you can change your hair, initially, but there's no way to change it in the game.

Although I don't care too much about appearance. Its not like I can see my character in cutscenes >_> Feels a bit pointless to customize.

There's close to zero character customization after that initial screen outside of arm and leg cybernetic modifications, and clothing. Really disappointing and stupid tbh it's such a basic feature to include. Also dumb you can't customize vehicles or weapons.

yeah but it feels pointless unless you're looking in the mirror or something. You can see your appearance in the inventory when you're switching clothing and there's no cutscenes, you're just doing dialogue and its like in Elder Scrolls but at least EC lets you go third person.

This is a minor complaint because I love this game so far but that's probably the only real issue I've had.

There are aspects of GTA3's open world that are more advanced than Cyberpunk's.

Basically. I've switched so many guns through the game so far. But I mean its no different than Witcher 3. You can craft weapons like Witcher but there's no customization to the weapon from what I can tell. That doesn't bother me.

yeah, I don't feel my disappointment is the lack of 3rd person, its how the game is advertised for its customization but at no real point did i feel it was useful. Also when I look in the mirror, I'm bald lol.

Pretty much.

You get blueprints for weapons and clothing that you can craft, too.

But there's no way to craft it with specific cosmetic models.

Yeah if you're wearing a hat there's a good chance it just renders you as bald in the mirror, also you'll get random scars and shit sometimes.

That's weird. Should jsut see what i look like with the hat, damn lol. I figured they'll fix it. I am just surprised its not already.

Might not be every hat, I think my driver cap looks fine but one of the early ones I picked up did not render right.

There's a lot of glitches and weird shit in this game lol.
