Selfish ass hole /10. The US all for one attitude is really biting it in the arse and unfortunately the UK is getting closer to joining it in that attitude.

Typically not, because of freedom and all that. It's generally quite difficult for the government to enforce control in America, even where laws give them a little more latitude the only penalty is a fine of some sort.

What America does instead is that it allows them to be sued, so if someone was injured by their actions they could try to seek damages. But most everyone is poor these days in comparison to the expense of injury, so good luck getting any payout and like that could even make up for if someone died.

Found out that she was feeling good on the way there, but started feeling sick on the way home and was talking to my mom on the phone because she was afraid she was going to get sick and have an accident. So double fail?

Huh. They live out in the sticks so I dont know what the local health department would look like. Probably a guy named Jerry trying to push a possum out the door with a broom. I guess I could call that Walmart but Im not sure which one it was. They live about three hours from me.

The risk of exposure was hopefully pretty minimal. She did curb side pickup. So hopefully she didnt interact with that guy too much. If she took the car then I guess they just put the groceries in the trunk. Whats worrisome is that Ive never seen her trunk when it wasnt slammed full of crap. So I imagine some dude crawling around in her backseat trying to get groceries in.

Its double worrying that she felt like passing out on the way home.

If you aren't going to bother doing something about this then why did you make a topic? This "well, what can i do?" attitude is just as bad as the idiots that flagrantly disregard the seriousness of this pandemic.

There's not much I can do, bro. I doubt theres even a local health department in the rural, unincorporated backwoods of North Carolina where they live. Shed have to drive out like 30 minutes to a town with a Walmart and that could be in any direction. They dont answer the phone when I call because they kind of hate me. So its not like I can call up and ask what Walmart they went to.
