Crack eggs open into a fine mesh strainer, then just drop the eggs into not quite boiling water, 2-4 minutes. That's it. No swirling, no vinegar, to fucking plastic bag nonsense

The strainer removes the very loose tendrils of white which always end up ruining your poached eggs. You can do like, 30 eggs at once like this and it's not any harder.

Try this one, seriously. The strands come from all the excess white. Also your water might be too hot. If the water currents are too rapid when you drop the eggs in it can disrupt the shape of the egg.
