Depends on your income as far as I know. They look at how much money you make and set up a payment plan for the next 3-5 years. Problem is that it doesn't help creating a long lasting debt relief, and might be more expensive due to that fact in the long run.

Chapter 7 is YOUR best best, since it pretty much wipes away everything.
