I have played Witcher 1. I was able to get into it because of my imagination but it wasn't terribly good. Only played about 20 hours though. Would like to commit to finishing it since I hear 2 and 3 are amazing

I tried Witcher 1 but the writing and voice acting were unbearably cringe inducing so I stopped playing and deleted it from my steam account

I finished Witcher 2. Havent gotten to far into 3. Its not a bad game im just not to into it. I bought into the Cyberpunk hype only in this last week but the 3 hours ive played, I know I will enjoy it. Of course if I bought it on PS4 or XBone id be beyond pissed they released a product like the one ive seen pasted over the internet.

Don't skip 1, it's old but still a great experience. Or at least I loved it back in...2012 I think. After the first Chapter I remember it got a lot better.

I've played W1, W2, and W3, plus some of Gwent, and now Cyberpunk 2077.

3 (The Witcher 1-3), soon to be 4 (+ Cyberpunk 2077).

I enjoyed them all, at least in terms of story, character, dialogue, setting and music (and graphics in 2 and 3). The gameplay is a bit rough, especially in 1.

This push to make Cyberpunk 2077 a bad game is just pathetic.

It's like a bunch of gamers got so unreasonably hyped about something and are taking their personal disappointment that they caused out on others.

5 (all three Witcher games, Gwent, and Cyberpunk 2077).

The Witcher series is one of my favorites. The original game has probably the best writing in the whole series, even though it suffers a lot from awkward combat and excessively large maps that are annoying to traverse.

I tried Gwent when it was in Beta and I enjoyed a few matches of it but ultimately it felt a little pay-to-win with an emphasis on buying card packs. Maybe that... isn't the case but that's the impression I got.

Witcher 1, 2, and 3. The jank in the first game is strong. I wouldn't call it a good game by any means, but I enjoyed how important potions/oils and stuff were compared to the sequels.

2 is probably my favorite.
