4.9-5.0 stars= Bot spam, shit tier item
4.7-4.8 stars= Superb item, with 0 to almost 0 flaws.
4.5-4.6 stars= Great item, a couple of flaws but strengths overcome those flaws.
4.3-4.4 stars= Above average item, there's better stuff out there but it's good enough.
4.0-4.2 stars= It's an okay item, you wish you spent a bit more on a better item though but you can live with it.
3.9 stars or lower= Don't bother, unless it's literally almost free and even then...
