A multiverse Sinister Six makes a lot of sense yeah. The biggest roadblock was always having to establish that many villains. But if they're drawing from all of the movies these villains are already set up in a sense.

Another thing to note too is the four villains in the OP were all OG Sinister Six members. If they want to do that teamup, they already have Thomas Haden Church's Sandman. They'd just need to find a good Kraven.
