Those goddamn suicide bombers!
Tbqh I probably could have tolerated them a little longer, but my wife begged me to make it stop. That was years ago and I haven't picked up another Serious Sam game.

Has this happened to anyone else?

It was one of my favorite parts of those games honestly. Those damned bone horses were the worst though.

I'm trying to remember the game, but there was one kind of recently that I had to turn the volume off entirely because something about it was irritating the piss out of me. I'll post it if it comes to mind again.

That sound was usually the only clue I had one of those was behind me again, so I did kind of start to go "oh crap not again" when I heard it at least. Especially in those fights that had like a hundred run at you from all directions.

The whistle in Pikmin 3 is pretty irritating.
