He said they got a shipment of ps5's in and tried buying one but was denied as they only want to sell 1 per day for some reason. Anyway, he got a call yesterday that his coworker friend bought one and was holding it for him. He dropped it off last night. His other friend bought Demon Souls and Miles Morales and is gonna let him borrow those. I used to work at Walmart where I always saw people do similar things to try and secure themselves items. I dont really care. I guess it's technically not fair to other consumers, but it's pretty insignificant imo. I wouldn't even be talking about it rn if it wasn't already brought up. I had planned on waiting till tax season next year before looking for one. This is just a nice surprise, especially with how his friend did that for him. Ours apparently uninstalled the pre-installed game that came with it.
