When I had stones in summer I had pain on my upper part of my stomach, side and back.

I woke up at night thinking I had a panic attack, which is odd since I havent had that in a long time and I feel good mentally.

But Ive had this dull pain around my right side of my chest, high up, side etc. I didnt suspect kidney stone until I felt pain on my back.

I also feel a bit of nausea.

well see if I wake up in pain this night and peeing blood.

Or could be gallstone too?

Go see a doctor.
I've had a bunch and never higher than mid back. Honestly, I'd suspect something else if it's so high up. Also, as a heads up sometimes you'll get weeks of nothing in between pain attacks. It just depends where it's at and whether it's stuck for long or where. Sometimes that shit will just hurt for a bit. No blood. No nothing. Then weeks later you'll get the full show.

The nausea is common for pretty much anything painful. It's just how your body reacts sometimes.
