It's painful and it always happens when I'm getting out of bed. Been trying to just drag my legs out rather than swing them to see if that makes a difference. It doesn't. Been happening at least once a week since I was hospitalized in October/November for unrelated reasons, but also been happening more sporatically for most of the year. I dunno what's up. It's really annoying cause it makes it hurt to do extended walking on the leg in question for a day or two afterwards, basically ruining my ability to go running as a means to do exercise.
I should probably see a doctor, but I'm way too busy over christmas, so it won't be till January. At least it's become less severe than when it started. /blogfaqs --- "That thick shaft that causes women to shudder!" ... Copied to Clipboard!

Been taking some pills for a while that I was told also contains vitamins, so I stopped taking the vitamin supplements I usually take when I started. Hmm. Maybe I should begin again.
Been eating like 3 - 6 clementines a day the last couple of weeks, though. Pretty sure they have potassium, though not as much as bananas. --- "That thick shaft that causes women to shudder!" ... Copied to Clipboard!
