Its Persona 4.

You can revisit dungeons later in the story and fight an optional boss. (The reward is usually a weapon)

this guy is the optional boss of the *first* dungeon, and is probably harder than the next two real bosses. Like, most new players who learn that there are optional bosses will go there and be completely outclassed.

He has no elemental weakness (and will troll unsuspecting players into hitting him with the element he absorbs by casting red wall on himself to lower fire damage, which is a tactic only used by enemies with fire weakness).

And he has a devastating physical AOE in Rampage that could potentially OHKO everyone in your party.

there is no strategy against him other than killing him before he kills you. Later in the game when you have access to more Personas and are leveled up more he becomes easier, but by then the reward for beating him is outclassed by other shop/loot weapons.

and to rub salt in the wound, none of the optional bosses from later dungeons are even as close to as difficult as this guy. (Many even actually have element weaknesses, lol. and at least one is vulnerable to Chies insta-kill Galactic Punt lmao)
