To my knowledge I have never experienced anything. There have been a number of moments where I've heard things I can't explain around the house.

My sister however has had 3 experiences. One was told to me by my mom, and she's not the type to make things up. The other two came from my sister herself.

Growing up my great grandma (my mom's grandmother) lived here http://setonvilla.com/ and one day we came for a visit. This was around 1988-1990. She lived up somewhere between the 11th and 14th floors, I can't remember which. When we arrived my sister went in ahead of us as we chatted in the doorway for a moment. When we came in she walked over saying she had just spoken to a man over at the daybed. Nobody else was there besides us. Asking what he looked like my mom and gg said the description resembled my grandpa (mom's dad, gg's son) in his favorite outfit. At that point in my life my sister had never seen a pic of him nor was there one in the apartment.

Moving ahead to the last decade or so the second experience was at a friend's house when my sister was in the kitchen with her friend's dog. Another dog appeared which both reacted to. My sister called out to said friend who was in another room and asked about this mystery dog (which had since disappeared when she wasn't looking), and by the description it was the friend's former dog that had died.

Third moment was at a party. My sister was about to leave but claimed there was some force keeping her in the house. Like she had to do something first and was directed to a guy in the room. They spoke, maybe hugged, idk, and she was finally able to leave. Somewhere in the next two months he drowned in one of our local lakes. I know this as I read it in our newspaper.

I wouldn't say I believe as much as I don't discount the possibility. I haven't experienced anything myself but have heard a lot of other peoples experiences.

Anything's possible, but I don't have any particular beliefs about the paranormal. I've had two somewhat inexplicable experiences, but just because I don't understand a thing doesn't make it paranormal.

I have had a few experiences, in bed time to time I feel my cat kneading, we haven't had a cat in the house in years, they have all passed on, another time I was walking in the dining room and heard the sound of her jumping from her favorite chair as I walked by, she used to do this to get fed since it was near the kitchen. When i was visiting the Pennhurst Asylum with a friend my camera app stopped working while taking pictures and the app kept crashing, I tired other camera apps from the store but they all did the same thing, camera didn't work again until a few days later.

I had a really realistic alien dream. Aliens freak me out. And what *really* freaked me out is that after I woke up from the dream I was calm and thought "Oh that didn't happen, my blinds aren't shut like they were in the dream".

I'm not going to go into details because last time I did in a similar topic it ended up killing the topic in question.

To summarize: Home alone, just a normal day. Was going downstairs and room below was pitch black despite being a sunny day. Feel like I'm being watched, get a drink, head back upstairs. Hear a creepy cackling sound, bolt upstairs, go in room and shut door.

Encounter big shadow thing with red eyes. It laughs, chokes me, before I feel like I'm about to black out it let's go and laughs, then disappears. Sit on my bed, scared as hell. Wait until family comes home.

Explain what happened, nobody believes me, says I was dreaming or making it up.

I wasn't asleep, have seen the shadow thing multiple times since. Always staring me down. Nobody still believes me.

Yeah, I'm a practicing Satanist. I don't have any real proof of my experiences, but I've seen stuff move in my apartment and heard crazy shit during ritual, I've had visitations in dreams from entities I knew nothing about that left me clues about their identity I only verified later, and I get lots of unusual coincidences in my life now. Sometimes I stop and ask myself if it's all just my imagination, but my life has been trending in a very positive direction for me since I started earlier this year, even through COVID, so why stop now?
